Shipping guidelines

All sales are final. Exchanges or repairs can be made within 30 days of receiving the order. Turnaround time is up to 21-30 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once a package is dropped off at the Post Office, I'm no longer responsible for the items. I will do my best to help with those items best I can. Any questions please email tlmmade2018@gmail.com

orders are custom made and therefore non refundable. If there’s a slip in the fabric or anything from my machine or me that’s missed I am more than happy to fix it!

All handmade items are to be hand washed! Washing them in the washer and dryer could put as risk for holes. Some material is more likely to cause it than others. This isn’t common but could happen. I will happily fix any holes if this does happen, you just have to ship it back!
